Makazi Yangu Loan

Makazi yangu loan it’s a type of loan whereby the client pays up to 25% to 30% down payment of the land total amount(Land value) and the 75% will be paid by financier (radiance finance company limited). The title deed for the plot will remain in the custody of Radiance finance for the whole period of the loan until it is all settled. As we also have partners in real estate business we link up our clients to obtain the land.
